What we do beyond the nursery

Plants are only half of it. If you’re working out what to put where — or you want someone to actually put it there — we can help with both.

Consulting
We’ll come and look at the site, and tell you honestly what will grow and what won’t. Typical jobs include choosing species for a difficult spot, planning a hedge or orchard, working out where water goes, siting a greenhouse or outbuilding so it isn’t fighting the wind and the sun. The first visit to your place will cost you little and will be credited against later purchases.

Planting and groundwork
Whether it is hedges, orchards, single specimen trees or windbreaks. We plant what we’ve grown, so we know what it needs and we stand behind it. This can be a one time job, supplying the plants, planting and leave you with a comprehensive guide on aftercare as much as regular checkups and maintenance work after the initial job.

Building
As well we offer to plan, design and build small scale, customized greenhouses, chicken coops and other garden related sheds.

How it works

Get in touch with a rough description and a few photos. We’ll say straight away whether it’s something we do — and if it isn’t, we’ll usually know who does.

For now the serviced area is limited to the municipalities of Oliveira do Hospital, Seia, Tabua, Arganil, Nelas and Tondela.
