Quinta da Tapada

Welcome to Quinta da Tapada, a small scale permaculture farm nestled in the hills above Coimbra, Central Portugal.

We grow vegetables, animals and medicinal herbs to sustain and heal ourselves and aromatic herbs to give life that little extra flavour.
As part of the service to nature and the local community, we reforest our own land and help others with best quality organic tree seedlings, plants and the knowledge about how, where and when to plant what.
